Hi, we’re Lauren and Rob, founders of Paget!

We teamed up in 2021 to launch our business after coaching individually for over 15 years. We have both experienced multiple tried and failed diets, training regimes and new you attempts before finally getting to a place in our lives that we found what works. We’re now here to help as many of you as we possibly can to finally find the results you’ve been searching for. We both work with clients who have very little time, love to be social but want to lead a healthier, fitter, sustainable lifestyle. As new parents ourselves we realise this is more challenging than ever before. But it’s not impossible!

Paget Fitness and Lifestyle is a Husband and Wife Coaching Duo!

Firstly, let’s introduce Lauren, founder of Lauren Paget Fitness in 2020! I have always been that sporty, loud, fun girl whilst lacking so much confidence in myself. This loud persona almost became my mask, I never felt good enough or that I’d ever be the girl that got the compliments! But I was the sporty one, what was I doing wrong? I worked my ass off through training and I loved it, I just couldn’t make sense of where I was going wrong and attempting the endless cycle of dieting.

So, I finally bit the bullet, qualified as a Personal Trainer and worked with fellow PT’s in the industry to build my confidence and knowledge. This allowed me to get into the best shape of my life, I finally launched my own Online Coaching Business in 2020 to share this method with so many women. It’s been a success ever since and led to the rebrand of Paget Fitness and Lifestyle with Rob coming onboard to make the ultimate coaching team.

More recently my training and coaching has taken a more specialist route, after becoming a new mummy to our little boy I wanted to coach women through all stages in their lifetime. So I started with pre & post natal as my chosen specialist route. I am still learning through my own journey and will continue to develop my knowledge as a coach but most importantly I now understand the highs and lows of parenting. I love working with all of my clients, whether their goal is to train through the pre-natal period, post-natal training & recovery, general fat loss goals, a healthier lifestyle or a combination of them all.

Hi, I’m Rob one half of the Paget Fitness and Lifestyle team! I’ve been coaching for over 15 years, helping people of all ages and abilities stay active and enjoy exercise. Like many of the clients I work with, I too have experienced loss of confidence, low self-esteem and an all or nothing attitude to training and nutrition. For years I jumped from programme to programme looking to build muscle and gain strength without applying any thought to my nutrition and how I was fuelling my body.

Through gaining my qualifications and undergoing my own learning, I developed the knowledge to apply to my training and nutrition that has allowed me to achieve the goals I want, whether that be gaining strength and building muscle, losing fat or training for specific events. I love the different journey each client goes on, the hurdles they overcome and the look on their face when they achieve their goals without having to make any major sacrifices to their current lifestyles!
