Team Paget are here to guide you through your own fat loss transformation like no other programme.
Coaching on this programme can be delivered by Lauren or Rob. The personal experiences is what inspired the creation of this signature Paget Fitness Programme.
We will hold you accountable every step of the way, all we ask of you upon signing up is that you give yourself a minimum of 16 weeks to set and achieve your goals with our knowledge, expertise, instruction and guidance.

Pre & Post Natal Online Programme
£175 p/m
Team Paget is led by Coach Lauren when it comes to the specialist area of Pre & Postnatal. All programmes are created on an understanding that anything can change during this period of a female’s life.
At Paget Fitness we take you through a holistic approach to achieve your own health and fitness goals whether prenatal or postnatal.
We’ll work with you over 16 week programme to give you the confidence to enjoy exercise through the prenatal period and safely return to exercise postnatal. We’ll look at building new habits around the business of family life and how your health and fitness can be a priority.
Calorie counter
Calorie counters can help you to determine what you calories you can consume in a day to either gain, loose or maintain weight.

No, we work with a lot of clients that workout at home. Our training programme’s are designed to suit your individual needs.
